My wife and I started Unique Stone Images after we came upon this product during an extended stay in China. Like everyone else, we struggled with the problem of what to get someone who has everything, and now we have the answer. Our picture carvings have it all ! They are unique, beautiful, and best of all, they're affordable.

Finger Lakes Wine Festival
Rise' and I couldn't be more pleased with the wonderful response we received at the Finger Lakes Wine Festival. Well over several thousand people attended the 2 day event and at times it was impossible to get close to our display.
We will definately attend next year.

Returns
All our products are special ordered to your personal requirements. If you purchase a product and are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellations
Each carving is a made-to-order product so timing is very important in cancellations. You may cancel your order anytime within 2 business days after your order is placed. Upon cancellation, your money will be refunded within 10 working days.
Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped within 2-3 days upon completion of the carving. We use established shipping agents such as DHL, FedEx and UPS and must adhere to their shipping rules and policies. We can not ship to P.O. boxes or Military addresses. In the advent you require special shipping arrangements, additional shipping fees may result. Please contact us before placing your order.
Damaged Goods
In the event that your product arrives damaged from the freight company, you must immediately write down any and all "EXCEPTIONS" on the Delivery Receipt. Please do this prior to the carrier leaving. Our freight is insured and you have every right to file a freight claim with the carrier if they did not handle your products properly. Please do not refuse shipment as this may actually complicate matters. We ask you take digital photos of the box and damaged contents and upload this to us immediately. (See or image upload page)
